A leading real estate firm dedicated to delivering exceptional property solutions, including residential and commercial sales, property management, and investment advisory, in the heart of Abuja. We are looking for a *Media Head* to develop and lead the media strategy for brand visibility and engagement and also oversee content production, video campaigns, and social media management to meet marketing
Key Responsibilities:
The Head of Media is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive media strategies that align with the company’s vision and business objectives, while overseeing the creation and execution of high-quality content across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage and guide a creative team, ensuring that all media activities not only reflect the company’s brand identity but also drive measurable business outcomes, such as increased audience reach, stronger customer engagement, and improved market positioning.
Lead the media department in crafting and executing innovative media campaigns that effectively communicate the company’s brand message, ensuring consistency across all digital and traditional platforms while maintaining alignment with broader corporate strategies.
Oversee the development and delivery of compelling visual and written content produced by the Content Creator, Social Media Marketer, Photographer, Video Editor, and Copy Writer, ensuring that all output meets high standards of creativity, quality, and relevance to target audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure media efforts support overall business goals, leveraging insights and analytics to refine and optimize media strategies for maximum impact.
Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and audience behaviors, using this information to identify new opportunities for media innovation and content delivery, while also advising the executive team on media-related investments and initiatives.
Manage the media budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment in media tools, partnerships, and advertising, while continuously tracking the performance of media campaigns through data-driven reporting and analytics.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including intellectual property laws, copyright standards, and digital media guidelines, while safeguarding the company’s reputation through proactive media management and crisis communication strategies.

Media Strategy & Campaign Management
Ability to develop and execute integrated media strategies across digital, print, and social channels.
Deep understanding of media planning, brand visibility, and public engagement Digital Marketing & Content Oversight
Strong knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, paid advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
Creative Direction & Branding
Ability to guide visual branding and storytelling across campaign
Leadership & Communication
Strong team leadership skills – able to motivate, manage and grow a small media team
