IT SUPPORT OFFICER

Job Description

We are seeking a competent IT Support Officer to join a luxury hotel in Abuja. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, maintain systems, and ensure seamless IT operations.

Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates
• Ensure secure and stable IT infrastructure
• Assist with the installation of hotel systems and tools

Requirements:
• OND/HND/BSC in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
