Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site
*Interpret and implement architectural and structural designs
*Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
*Manage and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors
*Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
*Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects
*Inspect project sites to assess progress and ensure compliance
*Resolve any issues or delays affecting project delivery
*Liaise with clients, architects, and other professionals
REQUIREMENTS:
B.Sc./HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Residence within proximity to Oribanwa is an added advantage
