RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage office operations

– Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

– Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally

-Proven experience is required
-Excellent computer skills(ability to use Excel )
-Strong communication and multitasking ability
-Reside close to the job location and ready to start work immediately
