Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Success
Provide prompt, friendly, and professional support via phone, email, and chat.
Assist clients with service inquiries, scheduling, and issue resolution.
Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
Maintain detailed knowledge of company services to recommend the best care solutions.
Monitor client satisfaction and escalate any service concerns appropriately.
Staffing & Coordination
Match caregivers to client cases based on skillset, availability, and compatibility.
Maintain an updated caregiver database, ensuring accuracy of availability and certifications.
Coordinate scheduling and confirm shifts with caregivers and clients.
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new caregivers.
Track performance metrics and contribute to improving staffing efficiency.
Administrative Support
Update CRM and scheduling systems with accurate client and caregiver information.
Generate reports on customer service metrics and staffing activities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and scheduling software.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
