Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
Register new patients, update patient records, and verify documents as necessary.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments while overseeing the hospital’s appointment system.
Maintain organization in the waiting area.
Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, and procedures.
Assist patients with forms, directions, and basic service needs.
Liaise with medical staff and departments to ensure smooth communication.
Address patient complaints with empathy.
Uphold the confidentiality of all patient records and hospital operations.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, reception, or front desk roles (healthcare experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Warm, approachable personality with a professional appearance.
