Job Description

A Kitchen Assistant, also known as a Kitchen Porter or Kitchen Hand, supports food preparation and kitchen operations. Key responsibilities include:

1. Food preparation (e.g., chopping, peeling)
2. Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas
3. Assisting chefs and cooks
4. Maintaining kitchen supplies
5. Following safety and hygiene protocols

Work Schedule: 6 days a week
