Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to improve member engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing communication with community members.
Create value-driven programs, events, and campaigns, while addressing member feedback and support.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
post-NYSC experience in Community Management, Membership Services, or Customer Experience
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Must be based in Abuja; as selected candidate will be required to work from our Abuja office.
