Responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction during night hours at a hotel or facility.
Key Duties:
Manage front desk operations and assist late check-ins/outs
Handle guest inquiries, issues, and emergencies
Supervise night staff and security teams
Ensure property security and monitor surveillance systems
Prepare night audit reports and daily summaries
Coordinate with day shift for smooth handovers
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or facility management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and emergencies
Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
