We’re hiring a smart, confident, and organized Office Assistant to manage customer service, project coordination, and basic content creation at our Bogije office.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
– Attend to customers and confirm payments
2. Project Coordination:
– Document jobs and assign tasks using Asana (training provided)
– Track project progress and ensure timely delivery
3. Financial Management:
– Maintain accurate financial records
4. Content Creation:
– Take/edit photos and videos using CapCut
– Create fun, engaging content for our brand
Requirements:
1. Strong Communication Skills:
– Fluent in English
2. Personal Qualities:
– Confident, well-organized, and trustworthy
3. Technical Skills:
– Basic photo/video editing skills
4. Management Ability:
– Good people and project management skills
