RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
*Generate new leads and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.
*Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
*Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets.
*Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop campaigns and tools that support sales.
*Participate in field visits and product presentations to key clients.
*Manage customer feedback and provide after-sales support.

REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION:

B.Sc. in Medical Sciences (e.g. Physiology, Anatomy, Biochemistry, Microbiology, etc.) with 5 years experience in medical/surgical consumables sales – preferably woundcare and surgicals.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
*Strong knowledge of the Lagos healthcare sales terrain.
*Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
*Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
