Job Description

Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in customers with politeness and professionalism
Manage incoming phone calls and WhatsApp messages
Schedule and confirm laundry pickups and deliveries
Create and share engaging content on Instagram and other platforms
Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries on social media
Maintain a neat and orderly reception/workspace
Collaborate closely with the CEO and laundry team to enhance our online presence

Requirements:
Must be based in Abuja and available for on-site work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be reliable, respectful, and well-presented
Experience with Instagram content and reels is a plus
Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with Canva is an advantage
Must be proactive and detail-oriented
