Basic Requirements:
experience in travel consulting, sales, or customer service
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
Tech-savvy: Google Suite, WhatsApp Business, CRM/Kanban tools
Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused
Comfortable in a hybrid, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Assist with travel bookings (flights, hotels, transfers)
Support visa application processing
Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media
Manage task tracking and follow-ups
Help maintain customer records, invoicing, and updates
Support basic content creation and engagement on social media
Preferred Background:
Degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
Experience working with high-end or corporate clients
Legal knowledge (especially for visa-related tasks) is a plus
