A luxury hotel in Abuja is recruiting a proactive Facility Officer to manage building maintenance and ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee property maintenance, safety, and utilities
• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate repairs
• Manage vendors and maintenance schedules
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
• HND/BSc in Facility Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
