Job Overview
The Territorial Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Wins.o. Win.’s products, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territories of Lokoja and Abuja. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for exceeding goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, hospitals, hotels, and other target markets to drive sales.
• Conduct field visits to prospective clients to present and promote mattresses and other company products.
• Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, referrals, visits, and cold calling.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations to meet client needs and showcase product benefits.
• • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable terms for the company while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by Regional Sales Management.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum of [2-3] years of proven sales experience, preferably in mattresses, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of market dynamics and market analysis in Lokoja or Abuja.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
